We offer quality architectural design services starting from idea conception, designing to complete implementation. This would include floor plans, structural designing, elevations, perspectives, electrical & plumbing layouts and project estimates. The effort is to design buildings that respond positively to functional brief, architectural context and climatic factors.

Interiors Design Services

We plan this right from project inception, during the initial design stages of the civil works whenever possible to ensure that the final product is a good synthesis of Architecture and Interiors.  The interiors would blend better in perfect harmony with the structures.  We undertake projects from design to execution stages for offices and residences.

Renovations and additions

Renovations and planning for additional areas in existing buildings are also undertaken by us.

Property Management Services

We offer property management services too.  This would be suitable for people who have properties in Bangalore, but live outside Bangalore.

We collect and deposit rent, pay property taxes, keep possession of premises, general maintenance and repairs and collection of TDS certificates.

Loans

We work with Standard Chartered Bank towards providing housing and other loans.  We do not charge any service charge for a loan arranged through us.
